What’s Included in this Program?

1:1 Sessions and Support
To get the full benefits of the program, it is recommended to participate in at least 12 sessions. Each session will be 1 hour long. You can pay per session, or, you will have the option to purchase a package plan at a discounted rate for either 6 or 12 sessions. You will also have access to ask questions outside of our scheduled sessions with daily support available during designated hours.

Digital Downloads and Guides
New digital downloads will become available to you throughout our sessions together. You will get recipes to give you some quick and easy meal ideas. You will also get various guides and references with information on thing such as safe and unsafe foods, meal planning or grocery lists, top rated brands, and more.

Invitation to Live Events or Group Sessions
As a new client of SimplyFree, you will be invited to live events and group sessions with priority RSVP only available to individuals who have participated in one of our programs.

As our community and programs grow, you will get support not just from me, but from others who have participated in one of our programs. You will get an exclusive invitation to our SimplyFree community group.
